Health & Safety
The health and safety of our subscribers, ticket holders, staff, artists and community are our top priorities.
Broadway at The Paramount has a current health and safety plan in place that has been developed in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines. We’ll continue to adjust health and safety protocols required for guests as needed, and by purchasing today you assume all risks related to COVID-19. You’ll get an email from us before each show with the latest information.

The Value of Your Ticket is Safe
In the event we need to cancel any performance for any reason, you will have the option to receive a refund.
If your performance is postponed or rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date(s). If you are unable to attend the new dates, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include, without limitation, an exchange into an alternate performance or a credit for a future performance.
Please note: refunds are only available for tickets purchased through Ticketmaster and the box office at The Paramount Theatre. Some restrictions apply. The above policies apply to tickets sold by Seattle Theatre Group and Broadway Across America for presentations at The Paramount Theatre in Seattle, Washington.
What are Season Options?
Upon subscribing to the season, you have priority access to buy tickets now for Season Options Blue Man Group and Dear Evan Hansen. Additional ticket requests are processed in the order in which they are received. To guarantee priority seating, please be sure to order your additional tickets before they go on sale to the general public, however; you may place your order at any time prior to the performance. Subscription seating locations may not be available for Season Options and all seating is subject to availability.

The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets as well as $44.00 processing fee, a total of $22.50 in facility fees, all applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the Premier Subscription Fee noted below.
†Premier subscriptions (Main Floor Center Rows A–Z, Sides Row D–M) include a $75 fee for each subscription seat purchased. Premier Subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations, available only to these Subscribers, prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public. Additional benefits included in Premier subscription packages include invitations to special events, access to an exclusive ticket concierge for Broadway shows in New York City, and parking vouchers for a select garage for subscription performances.
**Subject to availability. The difference in price must be paid if exchanging into a higher priced performance or seating location. Some restrictions apply.
***Courtesy Change must be made by time of first performance of the season.
Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions. We do not support the reselling of these tickets above face value through any means other than through authorized reselling programs of Broadway Across America. Doing so will constitute a breach of these Season Subscription Terms and Conditions and Account Holders who violate this rule may be subject to revocation of their purchasing status and seats.
