In the event we need to cancel any performance for any reason, you will have the option to receive a refund.
If your performance is postponed or rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date(s). If you are unable to attend the new dates, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include, without limitation, an exchange into an alternate performance or a credit for a future performance.
Please note: refunds are only available for tickets purchased through Ticketmaster and the box office at The Paramount Theatre. Some restrictions apply. What are Season Options?
Season Options: Season Options are not included in subscription packages. Additional purchase is required. Seats are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. A completed season subscription purchase must be processed in order to purchase tickets for Season Options. Additional ticket requests are processed in the order in which they are received. To guarantee priority seating, please be sure to order your additional tickets before they go on sale to the general public, however; you may place your order at any time prior to the performance. If you order tickets before they go on sale to the general public, they will be mailed to you with your season subscription ticket mailing approximately one month prior to the beginning of the season. The ticket prices listed above for the Season Options include a $5 facility fee and a $14 per ticket service charge assessed on phone, internet, and mail purchases. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets as well as $45.00 processing fee, a total of $30.00 in facility fees, all applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the Premier Subscription Fee noted below.
†Premier subscriptions (Main Floor Center Rows A–Z, Sides Row D–M) include a $80 fee for each subscription seat purchased. Premier Subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations, available only to these Subscribers, prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public. Additional benefits included in Premier subscription packages include invitations to special events, access to an exclusive ticket concierge for Broadway shows in New York City, and parking vouchers for a select garage for subscription performances.

Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions and the 2024/2025 Broadway at the Paramount offer details on this page. There is a limit of 9 tickets per account. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions. We do not support the reselling of these tickets above face value through any means other than through authorized reselling programs of Broadway Across America. Doing so will constitute a breach of these Season Subscription Terms and Conditions and Account Holders who violate this rule may be subject to revocation of their purchasing status and seats. ACCOUNT CREDIT: Account Credit is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferrable, and is only redeemable (in whole or in part) toward the purchase of Broadway at the Paramount tickets directly through Seattle Theatre Group or Broadway Across America. If using a payment plan, the full balance of your account credit will be applied first, with the remaining balance divided into equal installments. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: All subscribers will be automatically renewed each year using the same credit card and same payment schedule (single payment vs. payment plan) chosen for the previous season.
